I travel with you. My Spirit is near those who draw near to Me. My Word beckons your soul to draw to Me, but where is My Word among the noise of your heart? You are called by the many distractions, but your soul still hears. Pride of life deafens, and reaches from the shadows to hide from the ridicule of men, yet you still know the draw of the Father. Travel with Me. Open [your] eyes to the work of My hands and the truth of My Word. I take you to a greater place, a new land where I have overcome the world, replacing the heart of stone with a heart soft to My leading. Follow Me that we may walk together. Leave the false for the True.
Matt 9:9 (ESV) – As Jesus passed on from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax booth, and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he rose and followed him.
Bottom Line: For years, many resist the calling of God on their hearts, afraid of all the changes that might occur if they were to make the choice to follow Jesus. Those same people, if they were to be polled, would admit they wish they would have made the choice much earlier. If you are reading this, but are traveling alone without God, don’t waste another day. Follow His call. The true work of your life awaits as you travel with Him.
