Without the love of a father, the child struggles. Mankind without its Father suffers deeper still. The prodigal – many will not return, only a remnant, for this generation knows not its Father, running without regard of My authority as a rebellious youth flees the rule of his master. The loss is not to be known – beyond the comprehension of the created soul, but through My blood the remnant is saved. Those who choose not to remain prodigal, but whom return for the robe of the righteous, I draw these to the Son, who will draw them to Me. For I see them coming before their departure, and rejoice over them before their birth. I know My sheep, and My sheep know Me. Follow not the many whom are lost, but return to the love of the Father.  I await the remnant, rising above, eternally loved.

Luke 15:20 (ESV) – And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him.

Bottom Line: Fitting in with the crowd is not God’s call.  He calls us out, a minority who follow Him, and live a life pleasing to Him. All of us have the desire to live our own lives at times, to take what we have “earned in life” and do whatever we would like, but His true followers don’t stay there for long. The love of the Father brings us home again, where forgiving arms embrace us, and our sins are covered. He drew you to Jesus so that through Him, you would return home. You are not among the Fatherless.
