He who breathes has opinion. With each problem, [there are] many a conclusion. With many eyes, varied are the angles. The vision of one is always interpreted, if only by himself. Even the obvious is not obvious to all, and the brilliance of one is foolishness to another. In man there exists a brokenness of mind and eye, unable to discern truth, even when in the midst of it, unable to discern lies, even of his own lips. I clear the question. In Me there is no smear. All is seen clearly for what truly is, with no mystery of unknown. Where do you seek truth? Where do you reprove what you have been told? How do you live in righteousness, and know it is truly right? It is by My Spirit you know, not by whim or memory, but by My Word and My voice within. Listen carefully before you leap. In only prudence speak, with My counsel well in hand. The world is not as it appears. Deception mounts its steed, and rides where truth once ruled. Hear the voice of the Word of the Spirit, that you would know the truth. Pray, that your discernment is of the Lord.

Isaiah 5:20-21 (ESV) – Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and shrewd in their own sight!

Bottom Line: We are astounded sometimes by other peoples’ opinions, and those same people are astounded by what we believe to be true. Everyone you talk to today has their own idea of right and wrong, good and bad.  It was not too long ago that our forefathers would bring a bible into the halls of Congress to settle a dispute. It was not very long ago that Mother Nature was known as God the Creator. It was not very long ago that we knew killing children was very, very wrong.  How did we know? God’s Word and His Spirit spoke inside of us, and speaks still today. Listen to His voice before you speak, and before you make your move.
